Compared to other cruises this ship seems very tired,there were no entertainment staff pushing shows and events and you were left to actively seek out entertainment and shows.I found some of the staff very rude and condescending especially guest services ,the drinks were very hit and miss one good cocktail out of three,they ran out of certain beers very quickly and the best they could do was offer you one that had been on display and was warm.we found the food to be either bland or extremely salty and not very appealing ,service in the restaurants was very slow.Guest services lost several passports and we were informed that we could not leave the ship at port and only half the tenders were running so waiting time to disembark was about three hours which gave you little time once you were on land .Quite the opposit though if you paid celebrity for one of their own excursions.

There was a lot of misinformation about the cruise as we were never told distances from ports to places of interest ,two and a half hours into Bangkok this left pricey excursions and the cost of a hotel to stay overnight as one day would of been pointless all this adds up and I felt like we were being held to ransom as the alternative was to stay on board and admire the lovely view of thousands of shipping containers ,it was the same in other ports .we struggled to find the extra costs we wasn’t told about
