The most disappointing RC cruise we’ve ever been on. The level of service, condition of the boat and food quality and delivery have reached the point of no return for us.
There has been an apparent cut of staff and quality of goods to increase profitability that will only serve to eventually create more dissatisfied customers.
The dining experience has become a follys. Staff cuts have eliminated timely service.
Stateroom attendant was super. Condition of room was terrible.
A broken,repaired stained toilet seat. A TV that had to constantly unplugged and plugged in to function. A sink drain and overflow that were filthy and molded. A shower soap basket that was broken. A foam egg crate over an aged mattress to create the illusion of something new. A carpet severely worn. More like a cheap budget motel.
