If you are interested in Cozumel as a family destination, this cruise may be a good choice but insofar as cruising itself- nothing special about it. All the niceties that used to make cruising such a special event were missing on this cruise and the food was NOT good. No Sailaway events, dessert extravaganza or last night event. Rooms are tiny, no robes, no little bottles of lotions, etc., no turn down service or chocolates on your pillow at night. Towels were barely adequate. The cabin staff and waiters were helpful and friendly enough.

But for a good band with an amazing drummer and a lounge singer, entertainment was second rate.Bar service and drinks were good and some funny activities at the pool, nice fitness center but dismal Windjammer dining room. Nice improvements on internet service and luggage retrieval at home port, just not a cruise I would consider taking again
