Wanted to get some 'warm time' in the middle of winter. Oceania does an excellent job of staff training. We did not meet or pass a crew member who did not have a friendly greeting. This was our third sailing with them and two more already booked. Food and service is excellent. Our butler for the suite could not have been more accommodating and pleasant. Housekeeping is top notch and cannot do enough to please. The entertainment is somewhat weak but that's not what is all about on this type of cruise. We thought that some of the cast shows were somewhat ambitious productions. They do try very hard to please. We did think that the cruise director was difficult to understand when he speaks. The welcome aboard party and the Captain's party for returnees is a nice touch with free drinks and hors d'oeuvres . All in all you cannot go wrong with Oceania.

Excellent. Logesh was a 6 start butler. Well maintained. Sorry...no complaints. :)
