The waiters are rude in that they ignore you or at best say "yes"?? How about they hire wait staff who understand the language enough to have a conversation. You feel like you are talking to robots. Our rooms were clean (but not to the standard of Royal Caribbean) and the beds were so comfy (better than Royal Caribbean). Entertainment was so so, not bad but not A grade. Food was good, not great. Lots and lots of older people so no loud music at all will be tolerated lol. Pretty boring really no activities for kids other than kids room. Most bars are closed until 3pm and no real entertainment, an Irish singer (love Ireland but can only hear so many Irish tunes). A piano man again so so and a duo playing violin and a Caribbean band that's it guys. They have shuttleboard but couldn't find the rules. It was nice but the staff made it a very disappointing cruise with their lack of warmth. PRincess need to check who they are hiring. We missed all ports due to bad weather but that didn't bother me. The captain made the right decision and kept us safe. I would have had a lovely time if not for the coldness of most of the staff. I hate to complain but Couldn't stand how they were.
