Cabin: Aft-Facing Balcony

We were pleasantly surprised by the NCL Epic! We had seen some reviews about the bathroom setup and cabins in general. Travelling as a couple we found the cabin to be great. We actually liked the separate toilet and shower. We opted for an aft cabin with the bed by the balcony. We felt this gave us more space overall.

The staff went out of their way to make this a great cruise. Norman our room steward kept us clean and stocked. All the staff we encountered treated us great.

The ship as a whole is in good condition. We did see a some areas that needed a little attention, but nothing worse than you would see anywhere else. All the public spaces were clean, the food was great, and we truly enjoyed our week.

Cabin Review

Aft-Facing Balcony

Cabin B1

Bed close to balcony door. Corner on port side of ship. Great location. We did feel vibration from the thrusters in the morning, but it wasn't anything scary. We actually liked it as an alarm clock. The view is awesome!!! The sea noise from the ship can be a little loud, but we found it soothing. Bathroom layout was no big deal for us. Do your research to make sure if it may or may not bother you. We would definately sail the Epic again.
