So first and foremost the ship is not consistent with customer service. There are a few that went above and beyond but if you say hi to most people they are not friendly. Why do I have to wait in line at a buffet. Royal has many buffets and don’t feel that I would have to wait. I mean specialty shops guys blue iguana I can understand the wait. Pizza took forever just make em they will go. Ice cream 24 hours loved it. I’m relaxed watching the sunset and I’m told I have to move because they are about to clean. I’m sorry I was in your way. The men’s bathroom around the ship had mostly only one stall. The cruise director Orlando and Heidi ho Dion were magnificent. I met Keasha accidentally loved her. We had a waiter one night, first night Dennis who was outstanding. He was just covering for one night. The rest of the cruise we had a dud but the helpers were amazing. Overall this is my first and my last Carnival ship. They prey to much on the party ship but not the customer service piece. Oh the activities were great but they had this comedian that should just retire. He was horrible. Also Loved Loved Carnival Quest.
