From the time we boarded there was courtesy, assistance and helpfulness. Our cabin stewart was excellent and the room service for our coffee every morning between 6:30 and 7:00 was right there...we did tip the waiter that brought our coffee every morning it was someone different everyday....as well as our cabin stewerts.... we presented them with a thank you card with a tip of our personal appreciation. There were several waiters in our dinning room that we also tipped with a card and money. We did not pay the standard ship graturity...I like to personally express my appreciation to the people who made my trip a wonderful experience....there were some that were very rude and not very friendly....so I don't choose to pay for unkind behavior...I am thankful for the attendents we had they were great and VERY appreciative for the added bonus!!! We had a wonderful time Westerdam could kick up the entertainment a little for those of us over 55!!
