Although the embarkation and disembarkation went smoothly, the collection of luggage at the baggage terminal proved to be confusing as bags were merely placed according to colour coding attached to the bags. Maybe consideration can be given to put it in number order or maybe use a carousel like at the airports.

Apart from the above, I can only commend the crew for a well organised and pleasurable cruise. the service we have received at the Il Galeone restaurant far exceeded our expectations and the food was excellent! I have to thank our dinner service waiter, Mr Sigit from Indonesia, for excellent service, far above what was expected! He is truely an excellent representative for MSC!!

The ship is clean and very well maintained throughout the cruise. We did however experience a technical difficulty which resulted in us not being able to visit Pomene which was a sincere disappointment. We spent and additional day at Portuguese islands instead. Read more
