The cruise was to celebrate my wife's milestone birthday (40). The cruise was extremely delightful and well worth the value for money. The overall experience was excellent with very efficient service all round.

However in saying this, we were extremely disappointed by the decision of not going to Pomene and the rebate of 20$ was not an appropriate compensation. I was advised that this has happened on several occasions and this destination should be reconsider as a destination in future cruises. Another important point was the miscommunication or no communication regarding service charge for vouchers purchased onboard. This amounted to an additional 20$ charge. This should have been communicated upfront.

Overall, the cruise was an awesome experience however like most holidays too short. We will be looking at longer holiday cruise options that will incorporate more sporting activities and will accommodate more kids activities. Keep up the great work in the communications and co-ordination of the cruises.
