Our cruise began with a 3 hour delay in leaving the port. They said they were loading supplies as was the apparent reason the Miracle left late on the repositioning cruise. Overall, it is a very nice ship with a great crew!

Restaurants: The Lido was crowded and the food was typical Lido food - which is fine. Chopsticks was good but when it was 2:30 they couldn't wait to close - pulling the pans away from waiting guests. The Deli has the old menu which was better because they make the sandwiches fresh per your request. A nice feature was a grill that was open from 11 pm-12:30 am where they offered hot tops, hamburgers and fries and all of the toppings. Late riser breakfast was also fresh. The food was good in the MDR but we had the slowest service ever two of the nights. We had ATD (never a wait and not that crowded) and had different servers each night. Gede and staff provided excellent service and Mere had a smile that would make anyone in his station feel happy! Nick & Nora's Steakhouse was in a lovely dining room. The staff wasn't as "formal" as in other Carnival steakhouses but the food was excellent. The servers were very nice.

Cabin: We had a balcony which was the typical balcony room. Donna was our room steward and was very friendly and did a great job!

Cabin 7A

The cabin was typical. Had a view of the rescue boats but this cabin was between the boats so it was fine. Great cabin steward - Donna from Jamaica!
