New ship. 4,000 people. Waited online for a tender to Grand Cayman. 10:15 to 12:15...number still wasn't called. Boat was leaving at 5pm. Never got off the ship in Grand Cayman.
Horizon breakfast service is slow on port days..not enough servers.
Breakfast ordered an omelet with pancakes..omelet arrived 1/2 hr later pancakes arrived. Party was finished eating. No one was walking around filling coffee cups. Very, very slow service. More help is necessary.

Loud banging at 3AM coming from the galley. Awful noise that continued all night. Don’t get this cabin.
