It was our first time on Celebrity. I had heard so many good things, but it did not meet my expectations. The buffet was not very good. The food was lukewarm and we did not care for much of the food. Service was just okay. Some staff were great while others were rude. I was really hoping that Celebrity would jump out ahead of the others, but they did not. We did not attend any shows because they were late for us and nothing seemed interesting. The specialty restaurants were all very good and we enjoyed the coffee shop too. I felt that there may have been cut backs that have changed the way that the cruise is conducted. It also seemed that everything was an up sell. Special dining, beverage packages, classes with fees, etc. We went to an Apple class which was basic knowledge. To go further, there was a fee. I don’t want to be nickel and dimed the whole trip.
