We were glad when the cruise was over.
Started out poorly when Royal Caribbean made an unwelcome itinerary change at the last minute which cut Bahamas portion short. It was billed as a Bahamas Cruise but we were only there about 10-12 hours.
Prior to the cruise, telephone support from RC was poor at best. Multiple calls to get general information were difficult and information provided was sometimes vague or inaccurate.
HVAC was horrible. Alternated between very cold and very hot.
Requested service 5 different times without satisfactory results.
