Family cruise with friends as well. Had a few first time cruisers with us. Staff didn't appear as friendly as other cruises. Service at the bar was slow. We did have one of the dining room managers step up and book a table for 11 for us on an additional evening so we could see the entertainment. Our first night in the main dining room we were seated at two seperate tables and right by the servers station so we missed the entire show. Big disappointment seeing that we had first time cruisers with us and wanted to make every experience amazing for them. Camile on Norwegian Getaway who was the dining manager I believe went above and beyond and she even met us at breakfast every morning to make sure we were happy! I am in the process of writing a letter to Norwegian commending her! She is awesome!
