This was our first cruise ever and did we ever set the bar high. The ship was huge with so much to see and do. Our room (balcony room 12156) was bigger than what we expected. It was clean and comfortable. Even though the ship was huge, it did not feel crowded at all. The food was a bit disappointing. It definitely was plentiful but lacked in taste sadly. It was fine but we weren’t blown away by anything we ate in either the dining room or Windjammer. Crew were all very polite and friendly, some more than others. The entertainment was second to none. We didn’t get to see Cats because it was cancelled twice due to rough seas but we saw so many other great shows, we could hardly be disappointed.

We enjoyed the ports of St. Maarten, Puerto Rico and Labadee, Haiti. We took tours at the first two ports that were very good and relaxed at the private beach at Labadee. There was a marketplace at Labadee and the merchants almost pounced on you as you walked by. It was too overwhelming and unfortunately, the pushiness made us leave instead of buying anything from them.

Overall, we enjoyed our first cruise and have no regrets.

Very good size. Close to stairs and elevator. Room attendant was excellent. Room was kept very clean. Nice balcony. Very comfortable bed. Room also had a couch, mini fridge and desk.

Beautiful beach. Merchants very, very pushy in marketplace.
