We had heard mixed reviews of the Oasis class and larger ships. We were quite surprised; that with 6188 guests on board, it did not seem crowded.

On a couple of days the WindJammer café had a line for the "washy-washy" but the line moved fairly quickly. The same was true at 150 Central Park when we went there for lunch. It took 3-5 minutes to get thru the line, but they could use more seating outside. The roast beef sandwich was very delicious and tender. We had planned on going to Izumi for lunch one day, but did not make it. We have been to Asian/Sushi restaurants on other RCCL cruises and they have been excellent.

Our stateroom was comparable to other balcony staterooms we have had on other cruises. The only thing I did not care for was the placement of the sink in the bathroom. It was located way to the left side on the counter and it was extremely shallow in depth. My wife did not like the closet layout; having the clothes rod all the way to the left. She liked the swing out door design that Freedom of the Seas has. She also missed the size of the dresser drawers; very narrow and there was only two. Read more
