It was our first cruise recommended by our next door neighbors with whom we traveled. We are hooked!Fantastic cruiseship and crew on the Liberty. My 8-year old and 12-year old were mostly nowhere to be found while my wife and I relaxed, drank, and danced the days and nights away. Kids had a fantastic time and want to know when we're going again!... Crew nearly anticipated yr every need everywhere on the ship. Great balcony, stateroom was very clean but tight-ish with king-size bed and fold-down bunkbeds....would like to upgrade next time to suite if the price is right. A couple of days before we left NY, our Carnival rep called and offered an upgrade to a suite which was supposedly $2200 but he could offer it for $1400, but we skipped the offer figuring we could better spend that extra money for other things...mite consider it next time... 24-hour pizza, daily buffets offering everything from hamburgers, hot dogs to Japanese sushi to Mediterranean cuisine, to anything you can imagine. Drinks, outdoor movies on the giant poolside screen, mini-golf, ping pong, basketball, volleyball, just incredible! Dinner service was incredible as served by Trika and Zoran, who attended to our every need and made sure the children were happy, that is, when they actually ate with us!!! During dinner, all the waiters danced and sang. Cabins were immaculate, towel animals great and the balcony was beautiful. Entertainment was first-rate along with the never-ending available activities. From the Broadway-style shows to comedians, and Caribbean music provided by "Dynamic". We had a great time and the ports of call just beautiful. Embarkation in Miami was a bit tiring with the nearly-endless lines but everything after that was flawless and handled spediciously by the crew. Looking forward to sailing again on Liberty and we are officially a cruising family from now on, thanks to our neighbors, the Giordano's....Great vacation!!!!
