Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

We chose this cruise, because we needed to get away and all of our previous cruises with Royal Caribbean have been great! In general we had a great time, the waiters, cabin service were fantastic. We paid for a room with a balcony for a view, which was tainted with a work ladder obstructing our view, and we were not told about this when booking our cruise.

I would go again, but I think I want to stick to the next size up ships. The entertainment is better, the eating places stay open later, and the promenade is great. On the smaller ships, dinning is over at 8:30PM, the entertainment is of a lesser quality...maybe to be expected because they are not entertaining as many people.

We traveled as an older couple. There were children on the cruise and they did seem to be having a good time. Children did not disturb us in anyway.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D1

The stateroom was fine and what we are accustomed to with Royal Caribbean. We paid for a balcony though and it was obstructed with a cleaning ladder. If we were told about it, it would have been different, but we had no clue it was there until we were there! Our room was kept very clean the whole time.
