We often choose Royal Caribbean for their excellent service. Normally check in goes very fast, almost seamlessly, but this time it was a huge line up at the terminal, which moved rather fast however. They added more staterooms to this ship, and it felt quite crowded in the common areas, more so compared to Allure and Oasis ships. Dinning experience was truly exceptional, with a wide rage of food options in both main dining and Windjammer. My family members had some issues with the services on board, which were timely addressed by the customer service once they were brought to staffs' attention. There were plenty of entertainment options on board during the sea days and in ports of call. In addition, we felt very safe on board: security were seamless and effective. Merchandisers on board were not honest though, and were trying to make a sale at all cost. There variety and the quality of the products on board was not that great.
