I heard that Majesty of the Seas is a good ship to get a newbies feet wet. I tell you what, it completely impressed. I am now hooked. My fear was what I imagine is everybody's that have never been on a cruise. Will I get seasick? BIG WORRY.. The first night and next morning the seas were really rough but didn't get sick. My sister and I just joked about it. I was very impressed that the waitstaff had everything under control and didn't spill a thing. My next fear was how much weight I would gain. I joked before I left that I got down to my cruising weight. I lost 10 pounds so I can gain 20. Low and behold, as much as I ate (or felt like I ate), I didn't gain a pound. score. The staff, OMG, they were fun, professional, and worked so hard for my enjoyment. I can't thank them enough. The shows were good. Comedian was hilarious. The production team. was pretty good. The only negatives that really wasn't that much of a negative was our Coco Cay day was that second day and we had to miss it because it would have been unsafe to tender. Also, we only had about 7 hrs of total sunshine.
Cabin was surprisingly good size for my sister and myself. Once we had the beds pulled apart it seems like it opened the room up much more
