The by far absolute most horrible trip i have ever been on in my life! I do not recommend ever leaving out of new york during the winter. We automatically lost two days of our trip due to the cold weather so we were stuck inside the boat. Some might say that is not a bad thing but it is when the ship has horrible entertainment! Hardly any shows or events and the ones they hard we boring. So after being stuck on the boat for two days with nothing to due we finally make it to florida, since everyone got off we stood on to enjoy the amenities only most of them were closed!!! Great so we got to the jacuzzi where they start closing them off at 4 in the afternoon! Wonderful, now we make it to the bahamas where they only give you 5 hours to enjoy finally one nice day to move on to their private island (this is where the real fun begins) a storm hits we are now stuck back on the boat oh and this is tuesday ok so instead of taking shelter somewhere our bad captain decides to return to new york! Other cruise lines took shelter we did not! So all day tuesday the boat is rocking and on wednesday we sail into a storm that hits us with 25ft waves! Yes our boat was tilted! Water pouring down staircases and down elevator shafts. People getting flung out of their seats. Painting flying off walls! This happens wednesday night and no word from the captain until 9am thursday morning. We stood like this for two days. Not being able to stand straight, not being able to go outside, not being able to get any straight answers from anyone. So from tues-fri we were scared out of our minds! But the best of all they said sorry your last two day were ruined (it was four days) and they offered us 25% off our next cruise with them!!! I am 100% serious that is what they said! Really this is how you treat your passengers by putting their lives in danger then offering 25% off their next cruise! Stay away from this line because their captain endanger us and they stuck by his decision to do so!
Cabin would have been good if the window was under water when we tilted and glass didn't break everywhere!
