Sail Date: Jan 2018
Cabin: Deluxe Veranda 1B

I chose this cruise on the spur of the moment after seeing an ad for an inexpensive verandah cabin. Good choice. Just before sailing I was allocated cabin 8240. Another win as it was just fine for two single ladies, near enough to the lifts so no long boring corridors to walk. The shower was great. The amenities plentiful and absolutely immaculate.

We chose a speciality dining backage including 4 dinners but actually lunched twice more at the Murano as it was outstanding. In fact the main restaurant was outstanding as well and the buffet was unbelievable. The food was fresh, plentiful, diverse enough to keep you interested and immaculate.

Although I did not attend the entertainment nor many activities my travelling companion did and found them "nice". The ship never seemed crowded with plenty of quiet spots. There were over 400 children on board which surprised me as I rarely saw any. The adult pool and spas were never crowded and lounges plentiful as well.

Perfect location. Immaculate. Plenty of space for two single ladies. Bring a European adaptor for your devices.
