This is my 2nd cruise on MSC Divina. I am again pleased. Embarkation was reasonably smooth, and could have been smoother if the PA system used for announcements had been louder so all could hear. This did create some confusion and a few people were getting angry. Disembarkation was quick, even with the long lines. Our stateroom (inside cabin) was in good repair and well attended to by the cabin steward. The service in the main dining room lacked the attention to detail we experienced on our last cruise with MSC Divina, but was still good. Food quality I found to be good, but portions a little smaller. That is not always a bad thing. The buffet offers a large variety of food options and most were tasty, although we did not frequent the buffet often as it can be quote chaotic during peak meal times. The entertainment seemed to be of higher quality on this cruise over last year, and we greatly enjoyed it. The pools also can be crowded during sea days, but this is a common occurrence on all ships during sea days. The Garden pool (adults only) is a nice escape from the children and staff strictly enforce the adults only rule. Public restrooms always seemed to be in working order and very clean. Overall service on the ship I thought to be quite good. We booked only one shore excursion and it was well executed and we enjoyed it. Pay close attention to your onboard account as many people were getting erroneous charges (including ourselves), but it was corrected quickly.

In summary, we were pleased and felt this cruise to be good value for money paid. I would sail on this ship again.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin I2

Our cabin was one of the smaller inside cabins, but was still adequate for the 2 of us. Lots of storage, small desk with stool. No room for a chair and side table. Like I said, it was one of the smallest inside cabins.
