We chose this cruise specifically for the ship itself. The ship is beautiful, the staff was great except for one particular individual, MDR food was excellent, and the entertainment was awesome.

The one crew member we observed that wasn't very friendly was some guy scanning seapasses at the Aqua Show. He was very rude and obnoxious ... barking orders very loudly to stay in line "single file" and actually said "If you don't have your seapass out I will pull you out of line until you're ready and then put you in the back of the line." I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Anyway, the rest of the staff was fabulous. (It's a shame this one crew member stuck out the way he did.)

Embarkation was very easy and well organized. They boarded by C&A status (Suite Guests boarded with Pinnacles). We were on the ship at 11:00am and we are lowly Emerald. Debarkation was the easiest I've ever seen. We had Mobile Passport and was able to bypass the very long lines at customs. We also used Luggage Valet and it worked perfectly.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D2

Cabin was a typical RCI balcony stateroom. Bathroom was very small. Storage space was good. Safe was small and wouldn't hold anything bigger than a small iPad.
