We have been on Carnival and NCL and wanted to try Royal Caribbean. I liked the smaller ship, it was easy to navigate. My husband uses a scooter to get around so that's an important factor. I liked that they has tables in the Windjammer for the disabled that are close to the buffet. The weather was a bit chilly and windy so a lot of the activities were inside in the Centrum which was nice because I could see what was going on from our 7th floor. We ate at the MDR early seating for dinners and the Windjammer for breakfast and lunch. It was nice sitting in a big tables and getting to know other cruisers. All of the food was delicious. The service was great.
The entertainment and the comedians were great. We didn't get off the ship for any excursions as we had been to both places before. The ship didn't feel crowded, we didn't have to wait in line very long to get drinks or in the buffet lines. We got the unlimited soda package and it was nice that we could get our pops in the Windjammer and didn't have to go to the bar. I also liked that we were given an isolated glass for our pops so we only had to hand those to the bartender and they didn't have to ring it up which I think saved time.
I liked the public bathrooms because they were a good size compared to the other ships we had been on. The adult only solarium was nice because it was inside. We got on and off the ship pretty quick compared to other ships we have been on. The lines went quickly. We both really enjoyed the cruise and will be sailing with Royal Caribbean again.
We had a balcony room for the disabled so it was a nice size.
