This was our first back-to-back cruise. We stayed overnight in Orlando and got to the port around 11:30AM, embarkation was busy but seemed efficient. Then the problems started... the gentleman that checked us in took our information but was new and took a looooong time figuring things out. I went to walk on board and NO PICTURE so I had to go back again. Our room was a mini suite with balcony 10261, nice room, clean, a surprisingly large amount of storage. Balcony was nice sized. The bathroom separate from the bathtub was an interesting layout but was not a problem for us, I could see it being a problem if you were a private person though (cant hide any noise coming from the bathroom). Met our cabin steward and asked him to empty the fridge, never happened, so we did it ourselves. Most of the 14 days our cabin was halfway cleaned and sheets barely changed (we put marks on it to check, twice in 14 days). Had to keep calling for towels and coffee for the coffee maker. When calling housekeeping, all you here is... The housekeeper is busy try again later... then hangs up. When going to our room for the second week at 2pm when they announced the rooms were ready it was a mess!! I called our room attendant and he said he was at lunch and he would clean our room later! AHHHH. This was our first cruise that I did not tip extra to our cabin steward.

Bar staff: busy, lines for drinks, not personable, don't speak English, overwhelmed
