I enjoyed the destinations. I am 53 years old and am not a fuddy-duddy. Honestly, if this were my first cruise, I would not take another as I was not impressed at all. This was my first Princess and there is no doubt that they should be indicted for passing themselves off as premium because premium THEY ARE NOT. I got way, way below premium! Among other things, the ship's balcony (we had premium) was rusty, the a/c did not work properly and my toilet bowl had a black fire ring as if it were in a fire. The crew, not very friendly at all. The cruise director was nice.The food in the buffet and dining areas was awful. Nothing says way below premium like cheap, soft served ice cream.The buffet area, small and pitiful.The pizzas and fries were good; however, I had little choice but to eat there after witnessing one old timer who avoided washing his hands in the bathroom and went straight to the buffet. Sickening. Washing hands on entering the buffet ought to be mandatory as they do on NCL. The entertainment, it stunk so bad, I could do nothing but laugh at how bad it was. Enough of the cheap magic tricks, guys.The Hawaiian couple, however, did a good show. . The bar staff in the disco was nice and entertaining. The entertainment during sea days were sparse and the cruise staff tended to cater to a few guests during the trivia, what few trivia there were.The gym was good. Overall, this was just a way below par cruise ship and crew. And, as I said, Princess should be indicted for falsely advertising itself as premium. I have had better times on Holland America, for crying out loud.
Not worth the money I paid. A/C did not work properly; rusty balcony area; toilet appeared as if it were caught in a fire previously; not enough drawers, had to keep a few items in my suitcase;
