We regularly take cruises on RCl. Up to this cruise, we always enjoyed our cruises and looked forward to our next one. I hope our experience on this particular cruise will be the one and only exception for us on what is normally a wonderful cruise experiencewith RCL. The ship is small and our room was very very small. Difficult to get off the bed with so little room. Room smelled from sewage. Toilet had black water sometimes. Television went in and out. Internet was terrible and we never were able to get streaming, even though we paid for it. Some of the staff appeared to be bothered when ask a question. Some were rude. The cruise director might be acceptable to some, but he was annoying to me. Wasn’t able to get some of the benefits we were entitled to as our status in the Anchor Club. It was nearly impossible to see the stage from most of the seats in the theater due to how it is designed and whether you sit beyond a person taller than you,

The positives were the staff in the windjammer and housekeeping staff. Food was good and the breakfast buffet in the main dinning room was excellent. The buffet provided free Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s.

My conclusion of the cruise is that the ship is pretty much like a high end ferry taking people from location to location in a very safe manner.
