My seventh cruise, but the first one that has left me with more negative points than positive.
My biggest issue was that the bed was so uncomfortable. I had experienced back pain issues in previous months, and these beds made this flare up again to the extent that I had to be dosed on up on strong painkillers just to be able to function. (I'm fine again after one night at home in my own bed). Apparently, all beds on the ship were replaced 12 months ago, and you can see in recent reviews that there are lots of reports of the beds being way too hard. I'm a large man, and purposely bought a firm bed for myself as that's what I prefer for comfort - but these beds were just off the charts in terms of hardness. Literally felt like sleeping on a hard wooden box with a thin layer of foam on top. No "bounce" or movement at all, I'd even get pins & needles in my backside just from laying on the bed to read. If you have any history of back pain at all, do heed all these warnings - don't book a cruise on this ship!
The ship had way too many children booked on board (I know other cruise lines have specific limits), and there was no effort at all to reign in behaviour such as running down stateroom corridors at midnight and calling out in loud voices, waking everyone up.
Rode the bus to the main sights around town.
