We made this a family reunion and wanted comfortable beds, which we got. There were 9 of us and we enjoyed the evening reserved dining some, but the Lido dining was the nastiest food I have ever had on any cruise. All over the ship, the cutbacks stood out to us over any other cruise we have ever taken. The hand sanitizers were usually empty or stuck back in a corner where they were hard to find. After the 3rd day, almost everyone was coughing and sneezing. The cigarette smoke in the ship was impossible to get away from. The cabin steward let us know right away that she would only clean once a day and wanted us to give her a rigid schedule of when we would be out of our room. We heard a noise like metal drums beating all night long in our cabin. We were given two bars of soap, but they took one away after we did not open it the first day. Overall it was just blatantly obvious that the staff had been instructed to save money and cut corners on all levels. It was impossible to get anything to drink besides water at dinner, no real butter...just loads of things that we have always had on previous cruises were missing.

Cabin was the only decent part of the whole cruise. It was extremely noisy, but I got sick on their food and didn't care about noise, because I was so very ill.
