We booked this last minute and got a great deal on an ocean view stateroom on deck 2. We took our 7 and 4 year old children with us and they loved the bunk beds that came out of the ceiling. They also loved looking out of the porthole. The adventure ocean kids club was very well run and managed, and our kids had a great time. Our son got in trouble the first day so we had to carry a ship cell phone, but thank goodness they never called us and he behaved for the rest of the cruise. The ship is great, big enough and enough amenities to satisfy, but not gargantuan like the Oasis class ships. The new water slides and splash pad are awesome! The food was not as good as I had remembered on RCCL, especially in the main dining room during breakfast and lunch. The service during breakfast and lunch in the main dining room is terrible. So, we at only in the dining room at dinner and enjoyed that very much. We also ate at Chops grille and had a wonderful filet mignon and this amazing bacon appetizer. Ports of Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Jamaica were great, lots to see and do. I also liked the abundance of lifeguards constantly watching the pool even if nobody was swimming. That gave us piece of mind as we were on the pool deck. One thing I hated was our cabin 2678 was at the end of the hall next to a crew door. That thing slammed hard all night long. Other than that, deck 2 is quiet and cozy, no engine noise and very little vibration. Our kids absolutely loved this cruise. We are booked again already.
