Are embarkation at Fort Lauderdale was extremely easy. We had no lines and walked right on the ship. Our room was ready by 1 or 1:30. Our cabin was on the 9th floor near the Centrum. Our Steward was fabulous. We had a balcony cabin and besides the small bathroom, everything was good. We had breakfast in the dining room, and it was never crowded. Generally we had lunch in the Windjammer and never had a problem finding a place to sit. The dining room was not very crowded and our servers were very attentive to our table. The food was good, especially the beef and lamb. Entertainment was average, a comedian, juggler, musician and the staff singers and dancers. I was disappointed at the quality of the staff dancers costuming. It could be updated. The activities ranged from dance classes to scrapbook making. There was time to be busy and plenty of time to relax. All the staff members were very professional, the ship was immaculate and the ports were great. We did not take any tours offered by the ship but did take independent tours while in Port. We felt safe at all the ports. Disembarkation was smooth and fast. From the time we were called to disembark to obtaining a cab to the airport took about 20 minutes. Excellent.
