The Jade was in excellent condition and I was happy to see there were more electrical outlets and USB charging ports installed during last year’s refurbishment. Our room steward did an excellent job keeping our room clean and he was attentive to our needs.

Overall the food was good but some of the meats in both Moderno and Cagney’s were overcooked. Service in all the restaurants was excellent. The food in the Teppanyaki restaurant was very good but our chef wasn't all that engaging with the diners. He could have been more entertaining.

The bartenders and servers in the bars and lounges were friendly and made very good cocktails. Read more
