This was my very FIRST CRUISE EVER, and I have to say I was APPALLED! I chose Royal Caribbean because I had heard RC appealed and catered to a more sophisticated Clientele. Regrettably that is NOT the case. There were over 1500+ rooms occupied by loud, rude, obnoxious Children (ages 17 yrs & less) and their rude, loud , obnoxious & aggresive Parents!!!! The majority of these Families refused to abide by RC's rules & curfews and your Security Staff did nothing to enforce it's rules & curfews. It was a 3 RING CIRCUS and they ruined my very first & last Cruise experience.

Suggestions for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line / Anthem of the Seas.

1. RC not accept Group Bookings for Elementary & Middle Schools.

*Cabin was clean and comfortable

* Heri our Cabin Steward was wonderful! He works so hard and always has a smile on his face.

* Virtual Balcony did not always work.
