We decided on the last minute to join this cruise and explore Cuba. The deciding factor was that we would spend an overnight in Havana. This provided an opportunity to spend more time in the culture. The hotel was beautiful. The experience was fantastic. Viking provided us a drive in vintage American cars through Havana. The driver was personable and friendly. After dinner we were then taken to the Tropicana nightclub for a colorful, entertaining musical dancing show. It was also a time to interact with your fellow shipmates over the bottle of rum provided the 4 of you at the table. The Cuban bus tour guide had perfect English and was well educated and provided wonderful information about Cuba and the people in a delightful manner. It was exactly what we were looking for in a trip.

The ship is fantastic. The staff is attentive and professional. We absolutely loved the Chef's Table dinner. We loved how you could grab a cup of coffee or drink, and go find a place to just sit and enjoy it with a book. Very relaxing experience.

Cabin Review

Cabin deluxe veranda

Spacious areas, Wifi was inconsistent compared previous Viking cruise. Loved the heated floor in the bath. Shower is wonderful. Enjoyed the movies.

Port Reviews

Havana

Fantastic! History and culture and information!

Cienfuegos

We toured the botanical gardens and lagoon. The guide was entertaining, but the lagoon was disappointing. It ended up being an enjoyable walk on a beautiful day.
