Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

My friend and I chose this cruise to celebrate our birthdays. This cruise is perfect for families, and friends like us who varied interests as there is something for everyone. It was our first cruise so it may be useful for other first timers to know that all meals are included, the dining room is exceptional, and drink packages are separate. There is a huge diversity among the crew members, and they are truly knowledgeable and hospitable. Our cabin looks like other photos posted here, and was pretty comfortable since we like having space (stateroom with balcony). Keep an eye out for the itineraries. Definitely go to the themed lunches! The activities (random or scheduled) are worth it! Each port has excursion, but if you are able, agile, and practice proper safety measures, you can definitely go without (and save some money along the way). We will definitely go again!

Port Reviews

St. Croix

Best island to explore independently. Not many people outside, locals are nice and laid back.

St. Maarten

We were on the dutch side. There is a huge push from local business owners, but the area is recovering from a recent natural disaster. Locals are really courteous and want you to get the best deals and enjoy yourself. This island has the cheapest prices for liquors/drinks! Try the guavaberry frozen drink!

Martinique

Beautiful quaint town. Be wary of ferries going to the further beaches as they may reduce service and you may arrive late to port. Fairly easy to walk around town. The cathedral and library are amazing. There is a small beach at the end of the boardwalk which is really clean and beautiful and right next to the Fort. You can walk about a mile into this beach and the water level does not rise!

Barbados

We were overwhelmed when exiting the port with the inundation of taxi drivers. They mean well, but it was too much for us. Town is pretty busy. We heard great reviews of the other beaches. Carlisle Bay is pretty chill, and IT IS A PINK SAND BEACH. So buy one of those bottle souvenirs at the shops, and collect some sand. Also, they have glass bottom boats here. Honestly, if you walk into the water, you can see the fishes yourself.

St. George's

My personal favorite! Tons to explore and not enough time to do it. BUY THE SPICES! COMPLETELY WORTH IT! If you're an avid rum fan, they have the strongest rum. Great pictures can be taken at the Fort. Locals are really friendly, nice, knowledgeable. My personal best experience was here.
