My greatest experience ever was when i boarded MSC Sinfonia Cruise on January 19. To start with our captain, He was very particular with our safety, that was excellent for me. Me and my wife enjoyed all sorts food and friendship with other passengers on board. The rooms were in excellent condition, thanks to the staff responsible for the room service. thanks to the manager responsible for the Room Service and reservation. I was so overwhelmed by his assistance and friendliness. Definitely i am coming for my 20% discount in the 2019 season. I want to book for, From Durban to Cape town, this time together with my kids. When we had problems with our flight and hotel booking because we arrived a day after our booking. MSC management assisted us with Courtesy of Phone calls and internet so that we adjust our bookings. I was so grateful to the company by so doing. It merely displayed their care and concern for all the passengers. KEEP IT UP.
