The embarkment process was a nightmare. There was no information to passengers waiting to embark and then the priority pass people were mixed with the regular pass people - so what was the difference in priority people paying more? Rip off if you ask me.

Besides the delay which was due to the weather and not the fault of MSC, I found the bar attendants and room cleaners to be abrupt (some bartenders were actually very rude) and not as friendly as my previous trip a few years ago.

The quality of the cocktails (not all the bartenders knew how to mix cocktail correctly and between four ladies, we had 6 full books of 18 drinks each, which was a waste) were also very poor! The food was cheaply made and of average quality. MSC's Cape Town quality has dropped considerably since my previous trip.
