This was our second cruise with Royal Caribbean, our first on the Jewel of the Seas. All things considered, we had a nice time. Here are some of my impressions, positive and negative:

Positives: check-in and disembarkation were well organized and smooth! We’ve been on a few other cruise lines and I’d say that Royal Caribbean does this process best!

—the crew was wonderful! Every member was friendly and helpful. The dining staff was attentive to our likes and dislikes. The service was excellent. The stateroom attendant was also very friendly and efficient. Our cabin was clean and comfortable, although it could use an update. Furniture and carpeting is starting to show wear and tear. Read more
