We have just returned from the Xmas and New Year cruise on Arcadia.
On embarking we found a note saying that one of our excursions had been cancelled. We went to the excursions desk to see what else was available. The man on the desk seemed to have upset the lady in front of us and when we spoke to him he was brusque to the point of being rude. We reported his attitude to Sandra on reception and next day we had a phone conversation with the excursions manager who apologised and said that was totally out of character. I thanked her for her response but said we would not take any other trips.
