Overall, the ship and crew may be the best on the seven seas! Very modern and very high tech. Servers use smart phones to send orders to the galley, WiFi everywhere, reservation set up for speciality restaurant was automated, .
Ships design had no Casino, no bus stations in the dining rooms, Pool deck movable cover and an art collection that would keep One occurred for days.
What was missing was the ground support team that prepared Everything before you got onboard. Really poor support and needs Lots of help in all areas of ground support. Basically you cannot do anything on you own. You must use your travel agent for any question or action of decision and including any air arrangements. Does not work.
