Cabin: Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Embarkation was an ease but after that, went down hill. The smell that greeted us was very unpleasant and always present, and at times go worse. The staff were not very welcoming as we came aboard and this was very disappointing. Food was scarce on Day 1 until dinner. The fridge in the stateroom being a "Cooler" was pathetic. Our TV remote didn't work and we asked daily to either have it fixed or replaced. Never happened. We never formally met our stateroom steward/stewardess.

Kronos Band, Cruise Director and certain activity directors were on point.

Food was subpar but our experience in the Minstrel Dining Room was wonderful, thanks to Ashvir from India and Maristela from Brazil. These 2 are class acts!

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

It was ok but the steward/stewardess was basically non-existent.

We only boarded the ship there, nothing more
