We wanted to try a Viking cruise since we enjoy the riverboat cruises so much. We really don't like the huge ships so thought this might be better for us and it was! The staff was superior and very well trained. We enjoyed the different options for dining. The food was very good and always served hot. Viking has done a superior job of taking a large cruise ship and making it feel intimate like their river boats. We had decided to never do another ocean cruise but not can't wait until our next trip with Viking. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience, even following the terrible hurricane that the islands suffered. Most of the shore excursions were well done but the walking tour in San Juan was just too long. I would suggest that an easier walking tour be offered for those who just can't do five miles at one time. Most of the local guides were very good.
