We had hoped this cruise would a be convenient escape from winter weather. Unfortunately, it was poorly managed, lacking in concerns for sanitation, fraught with hard-sales desperation and lacking in adequate accommodations for passengers!

3 days after departing on a 14 day cruise, I became ill with a strange virus and was denied access to medical care, but instead told to buy cough syrup! 3 days after completing the cruise I am now still recovering and receiving care from my doctor!

Regarding the cruise experience; the food quality was average, service was generally disappointing, there was little oversight regarding sanitation of food preparation and service, and the management of disembarkation, transition between ships and direction to transportation was severally lacking!
