Cabin: Inside

We chose this cruise primarily on price and secondly for its itinerary. This was our 6 th NCL cruise and our first in an inside cabin. We had a fully inclusive package. As Gold members with a drinks package we had 40 large bottles of water in our room. In such a small cabin I don’t think we need them all in one go. We didn’t drink our comp bottle of sparkling wine partly because we had no balcony and frankly there are far nicer wines available by the glass. We offered it to our Room Adsistant who declined as she said it wasn’t very nice.

Positives

Excellent value for money

Cabin Review

Inside

Cabin IX

Compact but felt bigger after having the beds split . Bedside lights in an odd place too low and had to be careful when using it. Hit head on bed above a couple of times. Beds comfortable. Shower pressure ok and roomy but tiles old and worn. The grout was discoloured and mouldy in places. The corridor outside smelt very strongly of a musty odour.

Room assistant Nina was excellent. Best we have ever ll

Port Reviews

Did a tour of the Nou Camp used the cruise shuttle bus and metro very easy.

Casablanca

Not a lot to see except the Mosque. The mosque was beautiful and the tour guide excellent.

Las Palmas (Gran Canaria)

Walked to shopping centre had a coffee than walked down to the promenade.
