outdated decor: low ceilings; beige everywhere; stained carpet; ripped fabric on chairs; old formica bathrooms; dining sung chairs; all 3 dining low dark caves; princess theater dark torn fabric chairs; main piazza dark beige worn chairs carpet stained worn floor tile; exterior is rusted with balconies which have stain on rubber pads. employees don.t give you ice everyday and never did the towel animals; only a few would even say hello to u on any given day.the best employees that were attentive was in the dining. I bought a shore excursion that this ship never does and still not a full refund! The check-in was aweful due to the fact we arrived just before 3 pm and they forced us to carry our luggage to our cabin when they said in writing we had boarding between 2 and 3 pm even thought the ship was to depart at 4 but actually left at 5.. . When we got on board no one greeted or even offered to help with luggage. engine was broken in december never fully fixed and they had to re-route our whole trip which many shore excursions were canceled.blue man group was to perform but that was a no show shows were lame..Definitely the worst ship and crew EVER!!
