Ship was clean and crew was friendly BK (beautiful Kevin) was exceptional His personality was great! Bingo sucked - not only did we lose a lot of $ but the host was dull and not thrilled to be there Deck games were great To much steel drum - and to loud Shows were okay, I have seen better on prior cruises Food was fair Incentives to re-book are pitiful At info table for future cruises the 1 staff member was not knowledgeable after waiting in line for over an hour to speak to her.
