It's been years since sailing with Holland America. We loved our suite. Service was very good. I was very disappointed with the food in the Main dining room and the Pinnacle Grill. The same food was served for dinner on the Lido deck as in the Main dining room which I didn't understand. Don't waste your money on the Pinnacle Grill. We ate there and I ordered the Alaskan King Crab legs, they were everything but Alaskan King crab, they were small, cut in half before being cooked and were more like the crab legs you'd get in a cheap Vegas buffet, with NO flavor. This cruise had an average age of 60 and you can tell it is definitely designed to attract an older crowd. Very few photographers and I wasn't impressed with the ones they had. They had no late night entertainment. I loved the decor of the ship and our newly remodeled Signature Suite. They were the best part of this cruise, other than our friends that were with us!
Newly remodeled. Double sinks, separate tub and shower. Lots of storage area, nice and roomy with a large deck. The TV was massive and I loved the selection of programs to watch. Our deadbolt lock did not operate on our door though.
Excursion was cancelled because of weather. Should have gone to Mr. Sanchos with the rest of our group booked independently.
