Unhappy staff. Poor service. Many activities, ie, Xbox, were out of service. Lack of activities. Long wait for everything given there are lack of activities most of the times. Room was left unlocked by staff. Food quality was ok . Feels like they been sitting for days before being service. Several times, the host had no idea where our tables are. Long wait for desert. We believe the dining staffs were inexperienced and not because they were not trying. Show quality is also poorer compare to other cruise we were on.

This is the fifth cruise with Royal Caribbean. The other 4 other were great. Not only is Anthem not great, it is downright bad.

The most important is they failed to act to deal with bad passengers. They let other passengers to bully and to harass others and to physically assault other passengers. Read more
